30 minutes of exercise best for weight loss

A short daily training of only 30 minutes a day can help people who follow a dietto lose more weight by exercise for an hour, scientists have discovered.

All of you who want to lose weight, you will probably need to exercise less than you thought.

A new study has found that people who exercised only for half an hour a daylost weight for a third more than those who were doing exercises for an hour.

Scientists who conducted the study found that shorter sessions of exercise have left participants with more energy and motivation to live a healthier life.

A full hour of heavy training in the gym was more likely to cause participants to feel spent.

Dr. Astrid Jespersen, one of the authors of the study, said the findings could helpencourage people who would normally resist training.

He emphasized: "the subject of the tests that have been less talked aboutincreased levels of energy and a strong motivation to exercise and follow ahealthy life.

"Take the stairs, sending the dog for a long walk or ride a bike to work.

"But, on the contrary, the men who exercised for an hour a day, post-workout, feeling tired, unmotivated and less open to healthy change.

"So we see that a moderate amount of exercise significantly affects the daily practices of the subject."

The study, which is published in the journal "Scandinavian Journal of PublicHealth", monitored for 13 weeks 60 Danish men with moderately overweight buthealthy.

Half of the men were asked to exercise vigorously for 30 minutes per dayrunning, doing bicycling or ndërtrajnim, while the other half exercised for a whole hour every day.

On average, those who exercised for half an hour had lost 3.5 kg during thethree-month period, while those who have exercised more just lost 2.7 kg.

Interviews with participants also discovered how they felt during the study period.

The results suggested that even short periods of exercise can be helpful.

A recent study of the Norwegian University of science and technology in Trondheim has found that only 12 minutes of intense exercise a week-katërminutëshe sessions-can increase the body's ability to get oxygen andreduce blood pressure.

Health guidelines generally say that adults should do 150 minutes of moderate exercise a week or 75 minutes of intense exercise to stay healthy.

Another recent study found that every additional minute intense exercise can cause a slight decrease in weight. Women have experienced a decrease of 0.7 toBMI (body mass index) of their per minute every day.

However, with long working hours, where employees spend most of their timesitting, many people find it difficult to exercise enough, Koha.net transmissions.

One in four adults in England considered now as OBE and these numbers areexpected to grow in the coming decades.

Recent data suggest that only short periods of exercise each day can help people in their efforts to lose weight.

Professor Bente Stallknecht, who led the research at the Faculty of Health Sciences and medical sciences at the University of Copenhagen, said it wassurprising that short periods of exercise were more advantageous than longersessions.

He said: "our motivation is derived mainly from interest to examine if the caloriesthat are burnt during a training intervention offset by body-for example throughthe growth of food consumption and/or decrease in the level of physical activityduring the rest of the day.

"Surprisingly, we found indications of a reversible, in the group with moderatedose of exercise, indicating that they have become more physically activeoutside of the program."
