How yoga affects our lives

Yoga not only helps you physically, you can't encourage you to grow as a person,too.
A new study suggests that the practice of yogës helps to become more patient.When the researchers looked at more than 1,000 practitioners of yoga-sthroughout the country, 87% said that yoga increases their happiness, and 67%reported a positive impact in their personal relationships.
The latter in particular has attracted the attention of scientists, so they asked the participants to work together to show the impact that yoga in their lives outside the studio work.

 "Are able to live every moment more ... I am more present with others."
